Empowering Hollywood.

Things have been quite busy on my end over here. Producer and 1st AD on one shoot and being a advisor(?) and 1st AC on another shoot have been eating up a lot of my time. But I just wanted to put this blog post out there.

We Need To Empower Hollywood-Not Kill Hollywood.- By Jason Calacanis.

Jason who I have not always agreed. But this time he kills it. This is pretty much something that I have never understood. Tech and Film seems always to be at odds with each other but at the same time in love with each other. What coder doesn't love Star Wars. What Film Producer's life isn't made easier by certain iPhone apps. Each side uses the other products weather as a consumer or a user it doesn't matter. It just seems as though that Film people are just having trouble fulling understanding the Tech side.

I'm bumbling around with this please read the article. Let me know what you think about it.
